Good day, community: I have an issue with a client. In the inbox conversation prior to purchasing the gig, I requested certain materials to work with, which the client did not provide once the order started. The problem escalated because I tried to cancel the order, but the client rejected the cancellation in a very aggressive manner. 

I can still do the work, but it will take me twice the effort, and it’s obviously not proportional to the payment I’ll receive. 

Is there a way to challenge the client's rating after completing the work? Or if new conflicts arise, such as the client rejecting the delivery, what can I do? All the chats are, of course, recorded within the order. 

Problematic client, they are causing me serious issues.
