Hello,
 I’m facing an issue with a customer who can’t download the files I delivered. They mentioned that the files appear empty, even though I re-uploaded them in a compressed format (RAR/ZIP).Now the customer is urgently asking me to provide an external link (e.g., Google Drive) to resolve the issue. I understand that Fiverr’s policies prohibit sharing external links, but the customer is insistent, and I’m unsure how to handle this situation while staying compliant. 

What would be the best approach to resolve this?
