"I offer services like hand-drawn and digital logo designs, as well as fortune-telling, but for some reason, I haven't had a single customer visit my shop lately. Even though I've already lowered my prices to the minimum, there's still no traffic. This is a big flaw in the platform. As a new seller, I believe we should be given some exposure, instead of being invisible to potential customers. I’ve noticed that most sellers get a bit of traffic support once they reach level 1, but as a new seller, I haven't received any. This isn’t working.
