I’m reaching out because I’m confused about the Fiverr Success Score system and need some clarity. My score has been decreasing, and I’m not sure why. I’ve been working hard to maintain a good reputation by: 

Responding promptly to all client messages. 

Delivering orders on time and covering every detail in client requirements. 

Providing polite, professional service before and after delivery to ensure satisfaction. 

Receiving good public ratings from clients. 

However, despite my efforts, my Success Score keeps dropping. I’ve also noticed a significant decline in impressions and clicks recently. I regularly monitor the market, and it seems like there’s less demand and fewer clients available. 

Additionally, I tried promoting my gigs but didn’t earn anything from it. I’m also reaching out to old clients and sharing my gigs across different platforms, but I’m not getting much response. 

Any advice or insights from experienced sellers would be greatly appreciated. I’m trying my best to recover and make my profile stronger.
