Hello community, I've been a seller on fiverr since july and I got my level 1 badge already but recently I got a notification that my account is under review. I've read comments on here but I can say that I wasn't using any vpn and I had only 1 account. 

Also, I got charged for seller plus today even while my account is still under review.
 

Can anyone here help me out, I'm devastated that my account is under review and I'm still getting charged. I'll appreciate any help to get my account back and get a refund on the seller plus program which I wouldn't use
