Ask the Community

I am completely lost on how this success score works. My success score has been tanking for a while despite my business going well. 

Currently I am a Top Rated Seller in every category (Rating, Response Rate, Orders, Unique Clients, and Earnings), however, my Success Score is a 4 so I am a Level 0 seller which I find irritating. 

The Fiverr customer service has been completely unhelpful to the point that I am not even sure that I am corresponding with an actual human.
