Ask the Community

I’ve been trying to publish a gig on Fiverr, but I keep running into an issue with the business verification process. I’m based in Germany, I would be a business freelancer and my business is registered with more than one employee. Despite following all the steps outlined in Fiverr’s support article 

I initially tried to verify my business but directly got the message “Information not verified, contact Customer Support.” I reached out to Fiverr Support, and they said it was a technical issue but no more details. They provided me with additional attempts to verify, but those also didn’t work. 

I followed the instructions carefully but I just can not find the problem. 

Has anyone else encountered this issue or knows what might be causing the problem? Any insights or advice would be appreciated!
