Ask the Community

To begin with, on June 30, I had to cancel a gig offer due to a technical issue and schedule conflict, it was my first and only canceled order. The deadline was crashing to my laptop service schedule and the buyer didn't do a proper heads up to me before making the order. I send the cancelation ticket to Fiverr Customer Support and they replied to the ticket eventually.
 After the order had been canceled, I asked if it was going to affect my gig metrics but the Customer Support said that it won't since it was a technical issue.
 


I was relieved and grateful I could send my laptop to the service center in peace and I got my laptop back a week later. But it's been almost three months since I canceled the order and I got no single gig project or even any message for the gig offer. This never happened before and I'm so confused. Fiverr has been an excellent platform for me as a freelancer and I got some of my bills covered thanks to some gigs from Fiverr. 

Hasn't gotten any gig offer or message is really disheartening especially since Customer Support had the guarantee that my metrics wouldn't be affected.

Is there anything you can do to help me with this issue? I'm really lost right now.
