I have really important question and its started to disgusting me, ı always reply to all my clients maximum after 2 minutes, and everytime ı reply them, but ı dont understand still on the table appear effective communication - negative impact , anybody know why happen this ? ı stucked on 8 point all of my gigs, cant be still top rated freelancer, please someone can explain this new system, its been 3 years in fiver but this year ı am suffering to level up.
