I’m new to Fiverr and recently I created an account and received a notification confirming that my Form W-9 submission was successful and compliant. However, I created a gig of AI Chatbot three weeks ago that has not been published and asks for payment. Despite multiple attempts to activate the gig by payment, I keep encountering an error stating “unable to pay, try another payment method.” 

Could you please advise whether I should create a new gig or make changes to my account specifications? Any guidance on resolving this payment issue would be greatly appreciated.
