Maybe this is the wrong place to ask, but I recently received an offer from a random person to buy gold in World of Warcraft. This was unexpected since I never spoke to the person before. He linked me to his reviews on Fiverr and Gamer Choice, and he seems pretty reputable. 

It's pretty tempting to buy since the price is very cheap, but I'm very concerned about the legality and potential risks. Has anyone here had similar experiences or know the risks involved in buying WoW gold from third-party sources? I'm a bit concerned it might even be a scam. 

Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
