My clients cannot buy my gigs and I do not understand what is wrong. We thought that the problem was with client's credit card. However my client can but other gigs. Whenever he tries to pay my gig with his credit card, he gets an error "sorry we were unable to process your payment". I also tried to buy my own gig to check what is wrong and I was suprized! I cannot buy my own gig as well even though I can buy from other gigs. Can you help me please? I am new to fiverr and I dont want to lose clients. Both google pay and debit card, credit card do not work on my gigs unfortunately.
