I recived yesterday this email "your account has been flagged for using a false identity" and when i enter my account i see this when i head to the support section "your account has been flagged for offering inappropriate services that are not allowed in our marketplace." i dont understand what is happening because i have been working on my account since Jan 2021 with the same identity and im willing to provide you with all my identity information because my identity is real and im not using any false identity. and even the picture im using on my profile is my own and my real photo. so i dont understand what they mean by "using a false identity" if it is about adding my FULL NAME to the profile i didnt do it since Jan 2021 when i created this account because i thought it was not necessary and username is enough, and for the other warning "your account has been flagged for offering inappropriate services that are not allowed in our marketplace." I dont think that im offering any inappropriate services. i guess that was just a mistake. and today i noticed that my gigis is starting to get denied one buy one even the gigs that was in my acoount long time ago with 5 stars rate. can someone help me please
