Ask the Community

I had an issue with a buyer, they wanted more than what was ordered, tried to cancel the order, I refused it because a design had been delivered already, they contacted support and got the order cancelled.
 
I've been trying to contact support to see if they can explain why they made that desition. I opened 3 tickes, 2 have been responded with the exact same message talking about promoted gigs, a completelly unrelated topic. The 3rd one I just opened minutes ago, I'm waiting to see if I get the same premade message. 

 Fiverr used to have a great support team, that really protected you agains buyers being abusive. but what is happening now is outrageous.
