The buyer used, without my approval and without compensating me for my work, a video I created for them. I would like to resolve this matter as quickly as possible. My video was rejected, and I have not received payment for the completed video. However, they have used my video across all social media platforms. How can Fiverr help me? because I can't talk to them directly and they end the support without giving me the chance to respond?
