Ask the Community

I just recently place an order on Fiverr and requested for the seller to send my files for a logo for my business that he completed. He never sent the files nor responded to any of my messages and been off the grid for 3 days now. And on top of that it says I can no longer contact the seller. Is there anyone that I can talk to from the Fiverr team. Is there even a customer service number? I really need my refund and try to make a complaint to someone.
