Back in 2015, I was working as a consultant at Tata Consultancy Services. While the exposure and experience were enriching, I always carried a dream that extended beyond the corporate cubicle, building something of my own. Mobile apps were just beginning to take off, and something about that space excited me. With some help from a friend and a lot of self-learning (no formal training), I taught myself iOS development and started my freelancing journey on Fiverr.
From the very beginning, my partner and I were in it together. We weren’t just writing code, we were building a future. As demand grew, we slowly began assembling a team. Finding the right people was never easy. We weren’t just hiring for skills—we were looking for team members whose values aligned with our vision for Kmphitech. Over the years, we built a family of 50+ dedicated individuals, all working from our office in Surat.
Of course, building is one thing. Scaling is another.
Retaining top talent while maintaining high-quality delivery has been one of our biggest challenges. Sales was never a major issue. Fiverr consistently brought us great clients but ensuring that our output remained top-notch as our team grew became my obsession. We solved this by implementing strict systems and SOPs, monitoring every stage of the process, and staying hands-on even as leaders.
Fiverr, for me, has been more than a platform, it has been our silent third co-founder. While we focused on team-building and delivery, Fiverr brought us visibility, credibility, and consistent work. One name I can’t forget to mention is Noah, our incredible success manager. His support and guidance played a key role in our growth to Top Rated Seller and Fiverr Pro.
Today, having crossed the $1 million revenue milestone on Fiverr. I feel proud, but not satisfied. The journey continues.
Our next goal is to hit the $5 million mark by the end of 2026.
We’re just getting started.
