Hello, Zach here!
I’ve been a Customer Success Manager at Fiverr for the past two years. When I’m not partnering with talented freelancers across the globe, you’ll probably find me traveling it, trying new food from every culture, playing my guitar, or exercising to unwind.
Whether I’m testing out street food in a new city or figuring out a new song, I’m always excited to try something new and find ways to expand and grow my life experience. That same mindset is what I bring to my role every day.
What I Do and How it's Important
At Fiverr, I work with sellers in Digital Marketing, Programming & Tech, and Music & Audio. I also extend my support to other dynamic categories on the platform. My mission? To empower freelancers to build sustainable, thriving businesses by providing strategic guidance, personalized support, and actionable insights.Yes, we dive into Gig strategy and performance trends, but what really drives me is getting to know who a Seller is. It’s an honor to work with freelancers from all walks of life, and I never take for granted the trust sellers put in me to help guide their businesses.
There’s a common misconception that a single coaching session or a quick change to keywords is all it takes to succeed. But real growth takes time, intentionality, and most importantly, a willingness to adapt. The best part of my job is getting to support that process and celebrating the wins along the way.
Spotlight: Fiori (aka fioralbafazlli) One seller I’ve had the privilege of working with is Fiori (@fioralbafazlli). From the very start, it was clear that Fiori and her team were operating at a high level. They already had a well-established business, both on and off Fiverr, when we first connected. With the market of Social Media Marketing becoming more competitive we have worked to analyze the competition, optimize the presentation of the profile and gig offerings, and have our sights set on joining Pro. Fiori and her team achieved a phenomenal goal last year, being recognized for having completed over $1,000,000 (woah!) in revenue during their first 7 years here on Fiverr, and are already well on their way to doubling that by the end of this year!
Getting the opportunity to support their continued growth has been an absolute honor. Watching them evolve into one of the most successful social media management teams on the platform has been both inspiring and humbling. They’ve built something truly impressive—and getting to play even a small role in that journey means a lot to me.
Spotlight: Rich (aka rickflix) On the flip side, not all the stories I’m a part of are about scaling teams, sometimes they’re about balance.
Take Rich (@rickflix), for example. He’s an accomplished author and Pro ghostwriter here on Fiverr, but writing isn’t his only gig. He also has a full-time career outside the platform, and together we’ve worked on finding a rhythm that fits his lifestyle while still allowing him to thrive creatively. Our monthly catch-ups are some of my favorite moments. We’ll talk about current projects, of course, but also life, goals, and what’s next. When I first began to work with Rich, he was a Top Rated Seller that would get a decent amount of orders here and there. After a few meetings we decided it was time to expand our opportunities and get his profile ready for Pro. With the approval and addition of Pro, Rich now has the luxury of picking and choosing which projects best suit him and his preferred writing style!
Rich’s story is a perfect example of how success on Fiverr doesn’t have to look one specific way; it’s about what works for you.
The Future?
What I love most about being a CSM is that no two journeys are ever the same. I get to meet people where they are whether they’re building an agency or freelancing alongside a day job, and help them grow in a way that’s meaningful to them.
At the end of the day, I don’t just work with metrics, I work with people. And getting to be part of their stories, their growth, and their confidence-building? That’s what makes this work so rewarding.
If I can help even one freelancer feel more empowered, confident, and excited about their future, then I know I’ve done my job.
Let’s keep building together.
