A practical guide to diagnosing and improving your Fiverr Gig performance

You’re showing up less in search, barely getting clicks, and the people who do visit your Gig? They leave before placing an order.
Before feeling frustrated, remember that fluctuations in your analytics are completely normal, even seasoned sellers experience them. Try not to focus too much on shifts daily. However, if you see your numbers consistently dropping over time, it might be a good idea to give your Gig a little refresh or consider shifting your strategy.

2. Use keywords strategically
Keywords are how the algorithm understands what you offer. To improve impressions:
- Your Gig title should include the strongest, most relevant keywords.
- Your tags should include diverse but related keywords to give better context about what you’re offering. These varied tags can boost your visibility, so avoid repeating the same phrases from your title.
It’s also a good idea to check out what your competitors are doing to get some ideas. Take a look at popular Gigs in your category to see what keywords they're using and how they present their services. 3. Don’t forget about quality

If you’re getting impressions, but no clicks…
If you're appearing in search results but not getting clicks, it could mean your Gig card is failing to draw attention, or worse, it's turning potential clients away.
What you can do:
Your Gig card is the preview buyers see in search. It includes your title, thumbnail image or video, price, rating, and number of reviews. Think of it as your mini storefront, your first impression. 1. Reevaluating your Gig visuals
