I feel so o sad typing out this message at this time. I just hope someone from fiverr CS will provide answers. 

I have not gotten any order for the past two months, yet my success score remain at 6. Some hours ago I got a $100 order that will be delivered in 2 days. 

It took me a few hours to deliver the job only to se that my success score dropped to 5 from 6 that it was when I got the order. 

Now I am wondering and asking to know why this kind of thing should be happening. Why was the score at 6 for more than two months now, and just when I thought something positive will happen, it suddenly went south?
