I recently created a new Fiverr account, but I am unable to access my profile page. Whenever I try to open it, I see a message saying, 

 I have tried refreshing the page and checking from different devices, but the issue is still there. 

Has anyone else faced this problem before? Is there any solution, or should I contact Fiverr Support directly?
