How do I contact Fiverr Support? 

 I located a programmer for a web project. He and I had extensive back-and-forth communication (exclusively on Fiverr). His last message was that he was waiting for some info from me. Then when i tried to send it (on 4/1/25), his account was marked "unavailable until 4/3/25." Then on 4/3/25, he was never "available" again. Today, 4/4/25, when I try to message him, his account shows, "[name] s no longer available. Here are great alternatives, selected just for you [link]." The weird thing is that his profile is still listed on Fiverr, so I presume that his account hasn't been disabled or banned. Yet, I find it quite odd that he went to lengths to understand a complicated project I need coded and to make a preliminary proposal, so it seems unlikely that he just decided to ghost me (instead of saying something like, "I'm sorry, I'm suddenly too busy to take on your project...."
