So, my name is Theo, and I'm from Brazil, early this year I noticed that I have a pop-up message saying that I need to validate my account (again for some reason) to continue in contact with EU clients, I think "ok let's do it" and this was the start of all my trouble.
 
See, Fiverr is my only platform for freelancing and is the primary font where I get money. I tried to validate my account and I failed, for some strange reason that the Support not explain to me, I make a ticket and chat with the support for a long time, until they said "you can't be seller anymore, sorry for that" I have to say that I lost my ground at this moment, but fortunately I have success validating my account throw my phone, that's great right? Well it really was, but this month again they asked for my to validate my account, yes again once more, I go to the page, validate it, and for some reason, even passing throw the process, my gigs were marked has not eligible to ads, the support says that this validates only affects the EU clients, but all my account was being suspended. I again back to the ticket asked they what is happening, and well, they say that I was using VPN in the verification, for sure I wasn't, but let's try again, and passed two times in a row in the validating process, and the two times my account still was marked has flagged, a five years account in top seller level, and they keep saying that I was using VPN.
 
At this moment I'm waiting the support saying what I have to do, clients already seen that my profile is down and started asking, I really think that the Fiverr Support had a lot to improve, mainly in the answers, it feels that I'm talking with an AI Chat. Sorry for the grammar errors, but I'm very tense with this and disappointed
