Ask the Community

I just received an email from Fiverr stating that my account was 

disabled for violating the Terms of Service

. However, I honestly don’t understand why. 

• My gigs were active for about a month, but I hadn’t made any sales yet. 

• I had some views but very little engagement, so I was watching Fiverr’s official training videos to improve my click-through rate. 

• I never communicated outside Fiverr or engaged in any prohibited activity. 

a lot of spam messages asking for my email

, since they were clearly violating the rules. 

Since I reported around twenty accounts, my views have drastically dropped, and now I receive this email. That’s quite strange.

• I had no serious inquiries, and this was 

the only real interaction I had on the platform

I invested a lot of time in creating my offers, designing detailed PDFs, making videos, and optimizing my gigs to meet Fiverr’s criteria.

 I really tried to do everything right to gain visibility. 

What really bothers me is that if I had money on the platform, I wouldn’t even be able to withdraw it.

Another thing that concerns me is the wording in Fiverr’s email: 

“Cette décision a été prise après mûre réflexion et ne peut être annulée.”

(“This decision was made after careful consideration and cannot be reversed.”) 

I never had any prior contact with Fiverr’s support or anyone from the platform before this decision was made

. If they had truly given this “careful consideration,” the least they could have done was to reach out to me first. 

Could my reports have triggered something on Fiverr’s side?

Is there a way to contact Fiverr support to clarify or appeal this decision?
