Hi, I'm an illustrator. I had some unexpected issues during the order process. The client asked a lot of questions and even told me that she liked quick responses and deliveries and that for us to work together, this would need to be very clear. I explained that I had a problem, apologized, and she said she understood. I noticed that when she wanted to ask for updates or make last-minute changes, her tone was sweet, and she would even send me heart emojis. However, if I took a while to respond, her tone would sound much more aggressive. (She sent me some of these messages late at night, during the early hours of the morning...) 

Hours before the delivery, she asked me if the order would be delivered on time. To make matters worse, I had an eye problem, and unfortunately, I was late. I just said that I would deliver it late due to an unforeseen event, and she said it was no problem. The next morning she questioned me, which I found understandable, since the delay was my fault. Minutes later, I delivered the illustrations; she reacted positively, I answered several questions, and we completed the order. 

She told me that she had one more job for me even before we finished, and her husband contacted me through another account (he only told me that he was her husband after I said that I would check the files he sent me and that I was interested). I'm still checking this and decided to rate her service today. At first I thought I would get a low rating, but after compliments, a $10 tip, and her husband contacting me, I thought it would be a 5-star, and without thinking first, I gave her a 5-star. I received a 4.3 (seller communication level: 4 / quality of delivery: 5 / value of delivery: 4) and a positive comment. 

I always get 5, so I was unsure. It's worth mentioning that she bought the cheapest illustration I sell ($5), and I even gave her a discount to include commercial use. After the evaluation, I don't even know if they'll think the new quote is expensive, and I'm also worried that the process will be complicated. The money would be great for me, but I don't know if the stress is worth it or if I'm just being pessimistic. Am I just spoiled by always getting 5 stars? Should I respond to her evaluation and tell her husband that I can't accept it? Has anyone ever experienced something like this? How did you act?
