Hello, I have been working as a freelancer on Fiverr for people all over the world, including Europe, for years, but I just tried to create a work order for a client in Italy and a notice appears that I must verify my identity to work with someone who resides in the European Union. When I try, in the first step of the verification from the computer, I get an error that says something went wrong try again later and I can't create the order, I urgently need to verify myself so I don't lose the client. Could you help me?
