Sellers on this platform have ZERO protection from fraud, and Fiverr support has ghosted my several support tickets for over 5 days. 

I recently completed an order to edit a video worth $200. The buyer initially expressed great satisfaction for the video and requested some minor changes. After about 2 days, I had not yet been able to complete the revisions so the buyer simply marked the order complete and left a 1 star review -- quite unfortunate as I was planning to deliver his revised video later that day. After the buyer left some toxic and unfriendly remarks in the Fiverr chat, I decided to block the buyer to halt further communication. Since the order was complete, and the seller had left his review, I figured the order could be forgotten. However, a few weeks later I received a notification that Fiverr had "cancelled" the ALREADY COMPLETED order due to the buyer filing a complaint, and would be taking all of the money I had made out of my account. Keep in mind, that this video had taken me 5-6 hours to complete and the buyer only needed a few small changes. It is a completely unfair taking of my profits, and quite literally a scam by the Fiverr platform. I reached out to Fiverr support several times, including responding to the email in which Fiverr notified me of my buyer's complaint (which I had missed, I was on vacation and not checking my business email). After 5 days, and SEVERAL follow ups, not a single response from Fiverr support, which is RIDICULOUS. As a seller for over 5 years, 200+ reviews, and nearly $10,000 in sales, there is still ZERO support for this fraud and it is truly sad. I will no longer be selling on this platform if they are unable to return my funds to my account. This forum post will be my last attempt at reaching out to their support team.
