Ask the Community

As I have posted before my Success Score suspiciously dropped in late November and ultimately wiped out my Level 2 status.
 
I have one active gig which I was getting decent orders from all year and since I was notified of my status dropping I have had wild swings in my Gig's impact areas: 

I've gone from "Needs Improvement" for Effective Communication
 

to Nothing significantly impacting my Success Score details 


to just last week
 "Needs Improvement" for Client Satisfaction
 "Positive Impact" for Effective Communication 

In that timeframe I've received only 5 star reviews and have delivered on time or ahead of delivery deadlines for my clients. I looked up Client Satisfaction and these 3 items come up:

In that timeframe, I had 7 orders that were delivered across 4 customers - two were repeat customers and 2 were new. They all said I went above any beyond on my work, appreciated me working with them to find solutions for their needs, and I stayed in contact (even using the ZOOM feature for calls for the first time - which I was told would help with effective communication).
 
I haven't had a single order now after dropping off Level 2 status but am still a Fiverr's Choice seller. This is extremely frustrating as I have tried to follow all these detailed and sometimes abstract rules in which the "

" is clearly looking for in each seller. It's becoming a full time job just to keep up.
 
I may have to start looking at other platforms. Has anyone had luck with other competitors to Fiverr?
