Hi, 

 My gig's performance was going al-right and then suddenly the success score moved to 4 from 5. A few weeks back, it went from 6 to 5. I don't know what's happening... The level overview is also not showing what's the issue is with my gig in the section of "Areas of improvement" of individual gigs. Can somebody please guide me about the issue I am facing. I would really like to get fiverr's support attention here. I am very disappointed. My gig is not appearing in any of the search results. I do not know what to do! 

Success Score Dropped to 4 without any cause!
