Just now, I encountered another so-called "client" offering a "monthly salary" for ongoing work claiming he has a lot of work. As Level 2 or Top-Rated sellers already know that these types of offers are almost always scams but this post is to educate New Sellers as well that never ever accept any "monthly salary" offers. These clients will look very professional at the starting but will show their true colors when you do not fall for their scam. The moment I politely declined, the buyer switched to lecturing me about "professionalism" -- and of course by insulting and abusive language. 

So, New Sellers: always avoid working with clients who avoid paying per project. They lure you in with promises of a "monthly big income", get their work done for full 1 month (making promise that your salary will be credit by the end of the month) but then disappear after getting their free work. 

❌ Clients who insist on hiring you for a "fixed salary" rather than per project or per milestone.
 ❌ Clients who refuse to place an official order and want you to "start first".
 ❌ Clients who suddenly turn rude or abusive when you stand your ground. 

If you ever encounter this situation, DO NOT ARGUE. The key point is to remain calm and professional. Simply report and block the buyer and then allow customer support to handle the rest.
