 with how Fiverr has handled my case. I’m a 

, supposedly entitled to "priority support," yet I have been 

 by both a fraudulent seller and Fiverr’s compliance team. 

Here’s a breakdown of how Fiverr has failed me 

1️⃣ Manipulative Milestone Abuse & Seller Fraud

 for a critical project. Instead of delivering as promised, the seller 

deliberately manipulated Fiverr’s milestone system

, knowing that Fiverr considers milestone deliveries as "progress." 

This seller was abusing the system to lock me into a no-refund situation.

Fiverr's compliance team ignored all the red flags.

 Instead of protecting buyers, Fiverr's policies enable sellers to game the system—forcing customers to either 

accept unfinished work or risk losing their money.

2️⃣ Fiverr Compliance Ignored Fraudulent Activity

Despite being a Fiverr Plus member, my tickets were repeatedly

3️⃣ Refund Mishandling – Fiverr STOLE My Money

4️⃣ Fiverr Is Ignoring Me & Failing Its Own Policies

I’ve opened multiple tickets and tried every possible avenue, yet: 

I have been refused direct communication with a compliance manager.

If Fiverr actually valued its customers, they would have 

 for abusing milestones. Instead, Fiverr has enabled fraud on its platform and actively blocked me from receiving proper support. 

What Happens Next? External Escalation 🚨

 – I will provide all supporting documentation proving Fiverr mishandled my case.

 – Fiverr’s mishandling of refunds could fall under deceptive business practices.

Reporting this to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the FTC

 – Documenting Fiverr’s refusal to issue refunds correctly.

If a seller manipulates Fiverr’s milestone system, you may be denied a refund—even if they fail to deliver.

Fiverr compliance does NOT properly investigate sellers who abuse the system.

Even when Fiverr grants a refund, they may force it as Fiverr credits, trapping your money on their platform.
