While this is such a game-changing update, I can imagine that along with all the enthusiasm, your brain is probably teeming with questions about how the product works and how to get the most out of it. Here are answers to some of our most commonly asked questions so far: 

Who is eligible to subscribe to the Fiverr Go Personal Assistant? 

Currently, the Personal Assistant is available to freelancers, Seller Plus Premium sellers, and all sellers Level 2 and above. We plan to expand eligibility in the future. 

Can I choose when the assistant is active?

 Yes. Freelancers can set their Personal Assistant’s availability based on the following settings: 

Always (24/7): The Personal Assistant responds at all times. 

When you're offline: The Personal Assistant replies only when you’re not online. 

Custom schedule: Set specific days and hours. 

Client type: Choose whether the PA answers Pro clients or not. 

How do I configure the assistant’s triggers and responses?

 The Personal Assistant is configured first by the freelancer’s profile, Gigs, and conversation history data. During the onboarding process, freelancers will also be allowed to review responses from the Personal Assistant and give feedback. After onboarding, the freelancer can further configure the settings by refining the hand-off triggers, where there is the option to input what topics in conversation will result in a pass-off to the freelancer. 

Can I customize the assistant’s name and avatar? 

You must set a custom name for the assistant, however, the avatar is pre-set by Fiverr and cannot be changed. 

Can I reset or reconfigure the assistant? 

The Personal Assistant can be reset and reconfigured using the settings page in several ways- 

Turn the Personal Assistant on or off and set it to answer only specific clients. 

Configure when the Personal Assistant should contact the freelancer to join a conversation. 

Provide feedback on the Personal Assistant's performance. This feedback will be used to continually improve the AI Creation Model. 

What happens if my auto-replies are on or if I’m out of office?

 When the Personal Assistant is active, the freelancer’s auto-replies are disabled to avoid duplicate responses. When the freelancer is "out of office," the Personal Assistant automatically turns off and stops responding to client messages. 

What happens if a client asks something outside the assistant’s knowledge?

 If the Personal Assistant can’t answer a question, it will alert the freelancer to take over. Both the freelancer and the client will receive a conversation summaryּ. 

How will I know if the assistant needs my input during a conversation? 

The Personal Assistant is designed to proactively involve the freelancer when needed. The Personal Assistant will automatically recognize situations when asking the freelancer to join a conversation will have a better result. 

Also, the freelancer can view the conversation between the client and the assistant at any time and jump in. Doing so will disable the assistant for the current conversation. 

Will my Personal Assistant’s responses be included in my overall response time? 

No. Currently, Personal Assistant responses do not impact your response time or performance metrics in Fiverr’s Level system and Success Score. What happens if a client asks something outside the assistant’s knowledge? If the Personal Assistant can’t answer a question, it will alert the freelancer to take over. Both the freelancer and the client will receive a conversation summaryּ. 

What does the freelancer receive after the AI conversation with a client? 

If the Personal Assistant forwards a conversation to you—either because the client requested it or the Personal Assistant determined it was necessary—you will receive a summary including key conversation details and summary, action items, budget (if mentioned), timeline (if mentioned), and attachments (if any). 

What languages does the assistant support? 

The Personal Assistant supports multiple languages, with English as the default. Freelancers can select additional supported languages, including Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, and many more. 

Fiverr implements various organizational and technical measures to protect your data, as detailed in Fiverr’s 

. The Personal Assistant only uses your approved Gig and chat history for responses and does not share your other data/information externally. 

Who is eligible to create a Creation Model?

 Freelancers who are Level 2 and above and offer services in a relevant category can create a Creation Model. 

How do I ensure the Creation Model reflects my expertise? 

To ensure the Creation Model reflects your expertise, you will need to train it using your own content and define guidelines based on your unique style. The AI Creation Model will learn from the assets you provide, influencing the style and output it generates. 

How does having a Creation Model affect my ratings & reviews?

 If clients request edits, they can leave a review, impacting your rating like any other order.If the client accepts the delivery without edits, they cannot leave a review. 

What happens if the client requests edits?

 Will the freelancer get an open file to work on? When the clients get the final delivery from the model, they have 24 hours to ask the freelancer for one revision. If they do so, the freelancer will get a summary of the AI conversation and the edit request. The delivery time will be updated to the edit timeframe set by the freelancer. 

Freelancers do not receive an open file. They will have to start the work all over, based on the client's requirements and model references. 

Will edits be offered for an additional fee? 

Freelancers set the price for the whole package, including the download and the edit.
 Can I use my own Creation Model to assist in my workflow but not allow clients to use/generate from it? Yes, freelancers can pause their model and use the Playground for personal projects. 

What is my daily limit when generating models as a freelancer?

 You have a free daily limit for generating AI Creation Models as a freelancer. This applies both during the model creation process and after subscribing to Fiverr GO, when using your model or exploring other freelancers' AI Creation Models. The exact amount depends on various factors, including engagement and purchasing history. If you reach your daily limit, you’ll be notified. 

Who owns the intellectual, commercial rights, and copyrights to AI delivery?

 The freelancer, buyer, or Fiverr?
 Freelancers own everything the AI Creation Model generates and control how their AI creation model is trained and used. Fiverr doesn’t control it, and no other users can access it. 

When a client purchases a delivery through Fiverr Go, they receive ownership of the final AI-generated delivery, subject to 

What are my intellectual property rights in the delivery? 

While freelancers control their AI Creation Models and control how they are trained and used, the AI delivery created and delivered to a client belongs to the client. If clients contribute their AI generated delivery by allowing it to be publicly visible, you may use it to train your AI Creation Models. 

Due to the nature of AI-generated content, exclusivity in AI deliveries is not guaranteed. While freelancers train their AI Creation Models on unique styles, similar results may be generated for other users. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of the AI-generated delivery does not infringe an third party rights and complies with applicable laws (including copyright and trademark laws). 

Are there currently safeguards to prevent uploading other freelancers' work? 

Freelancers can only select assets from their portfolio, public work samples, and uploaded files, not from other freelancers' deliveries or from deliveries that are not public. When freelancers upload files, they must actively confirm that they created their files and comply with Fiverr’s terms and policies. Using assets that violate third-party rights may result in enforcement against the Fiverr account.
