It seems like Fiverr support is overloaded right now? My buyer support request ticket has had no reply for over 4 days. Is this because of the new website updates with the new Fiverr AI? Or is there something I'm missing here. I've attempted to make a new ticket following up on my older one that has no reply but is still open but that ticket was just auto marked as solved with no reply. My tickets have all had recent activity in the past 12 hours but there has not been a reply indicating that Fiverr support has read the request but not chosen to respond? If anyone can help it would be great as its a very simple situation with a seller I need help with.
