I'm new here. This is my second day, of course I don't have any offer but now I have what it seems two attempts of scam. 

Someone wrote to me saying that he tried to make an offer in one of my gigs and he couldn't pay. And he uploads a picture showing that, but the picture is hosted in one server called fiverr-res.cloudinary.com 

How can I know this is a scam? Is it legit that someone write to you with those kind of doubts?
