My account was disabled with open orders. 


The email states funds will be returned after 90 days! And about from this forum and support tickets - it is difficult to get a response and clear answer. 

my query is - will I have to wait 90days for my payment to be returned or is that automatically being returned in a few business days - especially as Fiver made the decision to cancel the orders. 

My business is a startup and the payment made for website development amounts to £1700 which is a big amount for a startup. I’ll be making formal complaints, escalation to my bank for dispute process, and will highlight this situation in blogs, and all fiver social media accounts. 


Unless, I as a customer have a clear indication of when my money will be returned.
