Ask the Community

I’m a Level 1 seller with the Seller Plus subscription on Fiverr. I used to get great results promoting my gigs using Fiverr's built-in ads feature, consistently closing around 10-20 clients in a good month. However, I’ve recently noticed a significant drop in performance on the same gig, with almost zero conversions for the past two months. 

I’ve tried increasing my CPC and daily budget to get things back on track, but nothing seems to be working. This has seriously impacted my business, and I need to get this issue fixed as soon as possible. Could my account be shadow banned or downgraded? If so, how can I resolve this? 

I’d appreciate any help or guidance on how to fix this problem.
