 I have faced as a first-time user on Fiverr. Unfortunately, my experience with the platform has been 

nothing but frustrating and disappointing

, and I feel completely abandoned by Fiverr’s support team. 

I created my account to start freelancing and set up my design studio.

Immediately after signing up, I received more than 10 notifications, emails, and messages from scammers.

One of these emails looked exactly like an official Fiverr message, asking me to complete my payment through what seemed to be Fiverr’s interface.

I followed the instructions, believing it was a legitimate process, and ended up paying €180 and later €58.65.

After realizing I had been scammed, I immediately contacted Fiverr’s support—but the response has been slow and ineffective.

How is it possible that a platform of this size has such 

How could I, as a first-time freelancer, know that I should not share my email or that these messages were scams, especially when they mimic Fiverr’s communication so well?

, and instead of helping me recover my funds or guiding me through a resolution, Fiverr simply says they can’t do anything because the transaction was outside the platform.

I demand proper assistance, a step-by-step guide on what I can do next, and a resolution for my financial loss.

 If Fiverr refuses to take responsibility, I will escalate this matter publicly and through legal channels.
