Ask the Community

I recently tried to start my first freelance project on Fiverr and was asked to verify my card with a €180 payment. Unfortunately, the verification did not work. I then contacted support through the website, and they advised me to try again with a €100 payment. 

Now, I’m facing issues again, and despite multiple attempts to get help, no one has responded in the chat. At this point, I have lost around €230, and I’m really concerned about this situation. That I will not receive my money back and I cant start feelancing because they asking to verificate my card, I am afraid of lost more money... 

Has anyone else experienced something similar? How can I get proper support to resolve this? 

Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated!
