As announced earlier in today’s winter release, we have some more exciting updates to Fiverr Pro. In addition to what was highlighted in that post, we added several compliance tools for our clients. These new tools aim to create more trust for our Fiverr Pro users, ensuring their projects are secure and compliant. Plus, they provide you with a wonderful opportunity to strengthen your clients' trust! When working with Pro clients, you may now receive requests for: 

Verify your credibility by accessing any criminal history. 

 Assesses whether you should be classified as an independent contractor or an employee, helping clients maintain compliance with labor laws. 

Allows you to view and sign professional agreements such as NDAs to simplify legal procedures for seamless collaboration. 

These tools are exclusively available to Pro clients, who will send these requests based on their unique business needs. And don’t worry, accepting a request sent via the new compliance tools is optional and won’t affect your profile or rating, and the results can only be seen by you and the client who requested it. If you don’t feel comfortable, you don’t have to accept. However, we recommend that you do, as it not only benefits your clients and gives them peace of mind, but it also establishes trust with them, enhances your credibility, and improves your chances of securing long-term collaborations.
