Ask the Community

I am new to Fiverr and wanted to try freelancing. I receive nearly 5-8 messages in a day but all of them are spam. All of their requestes are similar. 

Eg: "When trying to purchase your service, I encountered an eroor, the site requested your information. Could you share it? The information is in the screenshot." 

Is it common to receive only spam messages for the new sellers? 

Hope Fiverr is working towards taking action on such spam accounts.
