Ask the Community

 last week. I got three orders ( one from one client and two from a repeated buyer ) . After getting three reviews I checked my success score and I found out it's 4 written 

" There are no specific areas significantly impacting your Gig's score. 

( i am adding a screen shot to clarify ) 

I think I got good reviews and have completed the delivery timely. even had good communication with the clients before sending them a custom offer. even one of them loves to work with me on his ongoing projects. I know about the hidden reviews but based how i understood they might not send me bad review 

I would love to know if something is missing or if it's just a system error. As far I know if anything affecting the gigs it's written " 

I will be really happy if anyone face the same issue and how they solve it or if they know why this is happening kindly clarify to me.
