We've been working on verifying and reinstating a business listing since April, but after multiple attempts, all available appeals have been exhausted. The main conflict is that Google only allows 

, and both have already been used. Here’s a brief timeline: 

 Resintatement process started, submitted utility bills and bank info, but Google rejected and requested more documentation. 

 Certificate of Amendment was submitted instead of a business license. Reinstatement request was rejected. 

 Google requested additional proof. A business license and updated utility bill were submitted, but the reinstatement form was no longer available. 

 A GMB expert reviewed the case and confirmed that

both reinstatement attempts had been used, preventing further appeals.

 Google was contacted again, and the case was escalated to a supervisor, but no response. Further action through Google Profile Manager is no longer an option. 

Since submitting another reinstatement request is not possible, we are

seeking expert advice on possible solutions

 Would creating a new profile under Google’s policies be viable, or is there another way to resolve this issue? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
