My mind is going crazy over this that has been going on for days. 

I put a refund request, I thought that the button would allow me to verify the bank details but nope. Fiverr immedietly sent it to my old bank account that has been closed for 6 months. They've sent the refund to a bank account that doesn't exist. 

This happens a lot, the recieving bank bounces back the payment automatically (according to international practices) when there's no bank account. 

However, Fiverr is absolutely refusing to help me regarding this. They've repeated the same garbage "we've sent your money bla bla bla" "contact your old bank". 

I did contact my old bank, they told me that the payment was immedietly bounced back. It's been almost 10 days, if they confirm that the money will come back in X period that would be great, but as it turns out they've already recieved the money back and refuse to release it to me.
