My account has been "temporarily disabled" after I contacted support (support bot) with a simple query as to whether a suspicious login attempt was successful or not. Fiverr took a precautionary measure and disabled my account, which I did not want or request. I had an initial response to the support ticket notifying me of their action, but since then, 7 days ago, I have not heard back from them. I followed up within the ticket, asking if they could simply tell me if the login attempt was successful or not, and can they please remove the restriction from my account.
 
I need a human representative to understand my support request and help me verify account ownership, but I have not heard from Fiverr since. I am not comfortable entering in and leaving personal and credit card information in the help ticket, hoping someone will come along one day and proceed to verify my ownership. Live, real-time support seems the best path.
 
Any helpful ideas on what I can do?
