The buyer placed the order and after I delivered, he started to bring excuses to the table just to get a refund in a bigger project. First accusing me to use some Ai and after I proof that do not exist any Ai capable to do the work, he created another excuse that I copied 1 element in the middle of hundreds of elements. 

For my surprise they contacted me before cancel the order, and after further analyse they did not noticed anything wrong with the order. But, after sometime the Support canceled the order. 

An entire order with hundreds of elements was canceled because 1 element (Make no sense, this is almost like hire a person to write a full text and cancel due the title). The buyer got his Money Back, got access to the work done for free. 

Since the firts Ticket opened by Customer Support, they noticed nothing wrong with the order. And still I had to share all the proof of the work made, and proof of the abuse of the buyer by taking advantage of the System to get a refund.

With any excuse, he was able to get the work and full money back

Buyer got the money back, got access to the work done... and 

 He came back after some days and used the review system with the only 

purpose of defamation and used it to take out his anger to me!!! 

He wrote a biggest comment accusing me of many things even being wrong in all the process as per the proof of the work made. 

But the fault here is of Fiverr where the Customer Support allowed the buyer to Write a Bad Review even they being wrong

After sometime, for my surprise the buyer came back to apologize because he took it personal. And proposed to pay me back for the work and also said that he will ask the Customer Support to remove his review. 

Fiverr Review System Policy against Sellers:

Fiverr changed the review system to allow even canceled orders be eligible to buyers write their reviews. But still, this is not a fair thing to let abusive buyers with bad behaviors, be allowed to use a review system even after they receive the money back and get access to the work done for free. 

- Canceled orders due buyers behavior should not be eligible to buyers use the reviews as a defamation system! 

- Canceled orders due buyers behavior should not be used by buyers take out their anger on us. 

- If Sellers have proof of the work and the behavior inside the order, buyers should not be allowed to write reviews on canceled orders! 

- If Customer Support noticed nothing wrong with the Seller Work and behavior, buyers should not be allowed to write reviews on canceled orders!
