Hello, I wasn't aware of the existing scam on Fiverr... unfortunately, I fell into it and lost 417.91 Euro, it was done in such a way that it seemed legit, beware of the people asking for your email. 

The reason I was here in the first place was to make a bit of money to help my family and deadly sick grandpa... I tried contacting the support service I sent an email with all the screenshots and proof needed as the person pretended to be a client and part of the Fiverr team... I am devastated I will wait and see if they can help and in the meanwhile I'll try seeing the police and maybe I can find a lawyer. 

I just saw a great amount of people who got scammed or could have been, Fiverr claimed to be trustworthy and safe. It is not 

It was my first time on the platform, and there's no real message to beware of those email scammers, If they are aware of the issue they should put a very clear message and example of how those scammers look like to let their users know... Shouldn't the platform take accountability for what is happening in their "safe" and "trustworthy" area? Can I even hope to get my money back?
