Hello Fiverr team.
Have not received any reply from support. Already 12 hours gone. 
 
I received an email from Fiverr asking me to reset my password. Unfortunately, I no longer have login to my account.
I tried resetting my password, but not getting OTP. Now, the system is asking me to wait 24 hours before attempting another reset.  
urgently need to respond to a client, An order is already late. as delaying further could negatively impact my account.
please fix this bug ASAP .  I’d really appreciate your help!

It’s an issue that many sellers face (not receiving OTPs) and Fiverr should definitely look into this as it’s a very serious matter. Unfortunately, there’s nothing you can do other than wait for customer support’s reply or try again after 24 hours. After the new ID verification process (and many sellers are failing it), customer support is probably receiving thousands of inquiries, so it may take some time to get a response. I would recommend waiting patiently.

One more thing: creating multiple accounts (for any reason or excuse) is a violation of the terms and you may permanently lose your account because of it. I understand that you may have created this account solely to post your topic here (and not cheat the system) but I strongly recommend permanently deleting this account as a top priority.

I'm really worried because of the Multiple Order already open at the moment and 24 hour deadline on replying to new messages.
I have no idea how that will impact delivery time. my success score, account, etc.  urgently need to respond to multiple client,

Have you contacted Fiverr Support?

Yeah.. like @rawque_gulia explained that Fiverr Support is busy with the tickets regarding ID Verification Failed so you will have to wait for their response no matter how much time it takes! 

@filip_fiverr Possible to check this case? Thank you

Hi @shonchoykhan6

In case you opened a ticket with Customer Support, please remain patient until they get back to you, since they will reply with an update as soon as possible. Opening one ticket will be enough, since opening multiple ones on the same topic will result in them getting merged into the original one. Besides, multiple tickets won't get you a reply any faster. I'd like to add that only Customer Support can help with account-related issues such as this one, so please wait for them to get back to you with troubleshooting steps and the issue should be resolved in no time.

23 hours passed, 2 orders are already late, buyers are messaging me that I am getting email notifications, what is going on with me, no support has contacted me yet, this is really annoying.

I’m deeply concerned because my buyers are waiting for my work, and I’m unable to deliver or extend delivery times. My account, which I’ve worked on for almost 8 years, is at risk due to what seems to be a small OTP bug
