lets start from the beginning so here is my case, i am a new seller i just started like days ago i completed everything as well as verifying using my goverment ID in order to become a seller. i got 2 new seller they successfully have PAY for my service after inputting my email which FIVERR PAYMENT ask for but then fiver emailed me and i need to confirm their payment by inputting my bank card details.. after hesitating i click get funds and inputted my cards details and it said that i don't have enough balance. do i need money to recieve and confirm a customer payment what is that suppose to mean? after researching i tried to PUT PAYPAL ON PAYMENT METHODS and instead of paypal my bank details are being SHOWN TO BE INPUTED so i follow fiverr requirements by putting my bank information agsin with THE CVC ALONG THE WAY THAT FIVER ASK do you need CVC/CVV to recieve money? thats so suspcious. after everything being inputted FIVERR IS TRYING TO CHARGE ME MONEY just by PUTTING PAYMENT METHODS. 

can some staff please help me and guide me.
