I hope you're all doing well. I recently submitted a support ticket regarding an account-related issue, and in the first automated response I received, it mentioned that the expected wait time for a reply was up to 12 hours. However, it has now been 3 days without a response. 

I understand that the support team might be experiencing a high volume of requests, but I was wondering if anyone else has encountered similar delays recently. My ticket status is currently "Open," and I have also sent a polite follow-up message within the same ticket to check for any updates. 

I would greatly appreciate any insights or advice from the community regarding typical response times or suggestions on how to proceed while waiting.
