Had my best 2 months on FIVERR ever in November and December where I tripled sales and brought in the most repeat customers I've ever had.  Yet my Level dropped from 2 to 1 this morning because of the Success Score metric.

As I was told my SC was dropping,  I was being encouraged to use a $10 credit in the FIVERR Ads program.

🤔 Things that make you go Hmmm

I'm convinced now that Success Scores were dropped on purpose to increase FIVERR Ads usage.  Has anyone else been "offered" this $10 credit to start using Ads?

'm attaching the email with the "try it out" messaging.  Highly dubious imo!

Everyone gets this $10 credit for the first time usage, with or without a drop in success score.

I myself just ran into this. I have been level 2 for over a year. Maintained a solid 8 metric level. Then in the matter of 2 weeks, it dropped 2 points down to a level 6. Even though I was still receiving perfect 5 star ratings from 100% of my clients. I was put into a Grace Period to work on this. During this time, I received another 19 perfect 5 star reviews in the last few weeks. Happy clients! No issues, no concerns, no conflicts. In fact, during November and December, I had some of the BEST clients I have ever worked with. I maintain daily communication, provide daily updates, keep communications inside the Order Page. Include freebies/extras with orders, etc. Doing all of the right things. All of the things that have helped me maintain my rating this long. And then I get an email saying that now I am a metric level 5 success score... and had been dropped down to a level 1... Again, in the last few weeks, 19 perfect 5 star ratings, no conflicts or issues. Fiverr even had me listed as "lightning fast" response rate.. but yet my NEW rating shows a 4.4 (despite all 5 star reviews) , and my response rate shows 80% (despite Fiverr just listing me as lightning fast and a screenshot showing that my response rate was 100% as of yesterday)... Something is seriously wrong but yet I keep being told "they go off private feedback and other freelancers ratings compared to my own for an overall average". Which, gives me absolutely nothing to go off of, and is zero help.

If you go to your profile you can click on performance metrics - then click on each of your GIGs (if you have more than one) - when expanded it should show what you need to improve.  My Success Score dropped from an 8 as well down to a 6 and I lost my LEVEL 2 status as of Monday.

IRONICALLY - I just opened my detailed score and it shows I have nothing to improve - yet my Success Score is still a 6 - feels like BS to me.

You should go through fiverr support team for resolving the issue

All they say is your ranked based on others in your same category and price range.  They put seller against seller on the platform which goes against the entire spirit of what FIVERR was I thought supposed to be about...

Please remember that the success score is compared to other sellers in the same gig category and price range on the marketplace. Your performance in a specific area may seem good to you, but it could be lower compared to similar sellers, leading to a negative impact on your Gig score.
